A Solicitor by profession and a partner in Bhaishankar Kanga and Girdharilal Solicitors firm and was a sincere devotee of Shree Swami Samrtha and Balkrishna Maharaj Suratkar. He was looking after the legal matters of the Math after the formation of the trust. Shri. Rele was finding it difficult in clearing the Solicitor examination which was held in those days. Shri Sadguru Balkrishna Maharaj assured that he would not only pass the examination but would also look into the legal matters of the Math in future.
A Doctor by profession. He was also the president of the “Hindu Mahasabha’ for a short while. He was the family doctor for Shree Sadguru Balkrishna Maharaj and his family. His use to regularly attending the ‘Bhajans’ particularly so on Saturday. He use to come from Girgaum where he use to reside to Dadar for almost every alternate day.
He retired as a ‘Deputy Treasurer’ of the ‘Reserve Bank Of India’ Bombay. After the demise of Shree Sadguru Balkrishna Maharaj he was looking after all the financial matters of the Math as well as personal accounts of Shree Sadguru Babu Maharaj. The day to day administration was also taken care of by himself.

He was a regular visitor to the Surat Math and was in close association of Shree Sadguru Balkrishna Maharaj whenever he was in Surat. He had his own nursery farm in Surat and he was flowers and garlands to Surat Math everyday free of cost, it continued till his death in the year 2005.
He was a businessman and a sincere devotee of Shree Saguru Balkrishna Maharaj. He use to regularly visit the Surat Math and help in the general administration.
